Transforming Lives Through Service
Recognizing women that exemplify outstanding sisterhood.
Our namesake, Edna G. Neal, was a dynamic woman that believed in cultivating the very best in everyone. She was an encouraging soul who loved her sisters. She lovingly referred to her and her sisters as the Hetebrinks from the TV Show, Amen. Nothing made her happier than spending time, taking trips, and enjoying meals with her family, especially her sisters. In memory of this legacy, EDNA’S Love, Inc. will recognize a nominee who exemplifies outstanding sisterhood.
Award Information
The ideal candidate is someone who encourages, nourishes, mentors, counsels, corrects, supports, and inspires her sisters (women). Sisters need not be blood relatives. Nominees may be persons whom you consider to be a true sister and may include church members, organizational members, neighbors, classmates, etc. If you know someone who exhibits these attributes, please nominate her.
All nominations must be received by March 31 of the current calendar year. Any nominations received after the deadline will not be considered for the current year. All winners will be selected by the Hetebrink Award Committee and will be announced at our Annual Charity Banquet.
